  • Payment Options
Cash is accepted in all school cafeterias in the lunch line. Checks are preferred and can be made payable to: Green Bay Public Schools-Food Service Department.

Green Bay Public Schools Food Service utilizes a computer based accounting system. This user-friendly system functions very similar to a debit card. With this computer system, each child is given a confidential food service account. This system maintains the daily account balance including free, reduced, or full pay meals.

Because this system acts like a debit card, pre-payments must be made before a meal is served to the student. All pre-payments, cash and check, must be made and returned to school in a pre-payment envelope. Pre-payment envelopes are available at any food service cafeteria. The money deposited will remain in the account until the student purchases any food item.

    ONLINE PAYMENTS:
Green Bay Area Public School Food Service Department now accepts online credit card and checking payments.

To register and make a payment to your student's food service account through the eFunds Online payment system, please use the following link: http://www.greenbay.k12.wi.us/01/parents01/efunds/   Call the HELP LINE at 391-6708 between 7:30 and 3:30 M- F with any questions.

All checking payments made prior to 8:30 a.m. will be posted into the student's food service account the same day.  Payments after 8:30 a.m. will be posted the following business day.

All credit card payments made prior to 10:00 p.m. will be posted into
student's food service account the next morning.  Payments after 10:00
p.m. will be posted in two business days.

Minimal transaction fee's apply for this payment convenience.

  •

    Identification Cards
Middle and high school students must have their personal Identification cards for every purchase of a school lunch or any a-la-carte items.

Elementary students do not use ID cards. The Food Service Staff at each school maintains the students account information.

  • A SPECIAL RESTRICTION FEATURE allows the parent or guardian to place spending limits on middle or high school student accounts. Limits can be placed on the total amount spent on a-la-carte purchases or number of meals allowed. These limits can be placed on student accounts by checking the box on the prepayment envelope to indicate the limit or by calling your school cafeteria.

  • SCHOOL MESSENGER - A HOME CALLING SYSTEM:
To help you manage your childs lunch account, all elementary and middle school
students are part of a calling system. We will automatically call your home residence with your childs Food Service account balance when it falls below         $10.00 one time a week.  If phone calls are not answered, a message will be left on your answering machine.  In the elementary schools, prepayment envelopes and a report of the account (if below $9.25) will be sent home with your child at the middle and end of each month.

Please let your school office secretary know of any phone number changes.
